The concept of change management has assumed significant proportions.  The most diversity-friendly policies on paper will fail without the attitudinal and behavioral changes that must consistently occur within the senior ranks of acompany.  The change management is a major change.  It involves:

  • Change of management techniques

  • Change of marketing techniques

  • Change of production techniques

  • TQM

  • Change in manpower

We in TCL have developed an expertise for studying the need of change in an organization as well as for identifying the specific change required. Thereafter, we prepare the proper documentation and conduct interactive meetings, roundtables, and discussion groups to motivate the personnel and involve them in the change process.  We also utilize management games for this purpose.
